    Product Description

64 Miller Bone File is a 6.2 mm and 4.8 mm double-ended cross-cut instrument used for smoothing and shaping alveolar bone in confined ridge and defect sites where two-direction cutting speeds the procedure. The cross-cut serration removes bone on both the push and pull stroke, cutting more efficiently per pass than a straight-cut pattern while still allowing the clinician to control depth through stroke pressure. The narrower 6.2 mm and 4.8 mm working ends are proportioned for tighter interproximal and posterior access compared to wider bone files in the series. Double-ended, medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant, autoclavable. Its narrower profile makes it a practical choice for posterior sites where a wider Miller or Howard file cannot be positioned cleanly.
