• An Out-of-Zone Surcharge covers travel and accommodation expenses to send a technician further than 200 km from a Canon Service Zone. The 200 km distance is calculated from the postal code of the City Hall in the nearest Service Zone (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, London, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax) to the client's postal code
